  • appointments & cancellations

    Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.

  • HIPAA compliance

    Haven is HIPAA compliant, which means your personal information stays private and protected. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with very few exceptions related to urgent safety concerns. If you ever have questions about confidentiality or those exceptions, your therapist is happy to walk you through them.

  • crisis & resources

    If you're experiencing an emergency or feel unsafe, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You’re welcome to contact your therapist directly if you’d like to request an urgent or extra session. While we can’t guarantee availability, we understand that life can be unpredictable and will do our best to accommodate.

    Please be advised that any personal information submitted on our contact page is only used to register new clients, book appointments, and enter information into HIPAA compliant medical records.  If you chose to enter your phone number into our contact form you are NOT opting in to receive text messages from us.
