“connection is the energy that is created between people when they feel seen, heard, valued-when they can give and receive without judgement”

therapist & founder
I started haven because I wanted therapy to feel different—more real, more modern. I wanted to create a space that felt like a breath of fresh air in the mental health field. With over 15 years in the profession, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone finally feels safe enough to just talk. That’s what I offer: a relaxed, down-to-earth space where you can be fully yourself.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, panic, mood challenges, life transitions, parenting ups and downs, and relationship struggles. My approach is laid back, direct, transparent, and infused with humor—because sometimes you just need someone who gets it and isn’t afraid to laugh with you along the way.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical. My goal is for it to feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend who’s here to help you make sense of things, grow, and move forward.
